Allergens
Casademont, S.A. continually adapts the information contained in the wrapping and packaging material of its products in order to comply with the legislation in force at all times. With this in mind, with the entry into force of the “Allergen legislation”, a revision was carried out so that all the ingredients and additives in the products would appear in the list of ingredients.
Possible cross—contamination is also taken into account, so production planning is organised with the introduction of cleaning measures during the production process to prevent this. In cases where despite these measures it would not be possible to prevent cross contamination, it was decided to incorporate the information at the end of the list of ingredients.

GLUTEN

All our products are gluten-free, as we do not use any ingredients or additives originating from cereals that contain gluten.
LACTOSE AND DAIRY PRODUCTS
Only cured ham and Serrano cured ham are entirely free of milk or dairy products. Casademont presents these in slices or pieces. The other products either contain lactose and/or other dairy products as ingredients of the product, or where they do not contain these, we cannot guarantee the absence of these types of products due to cross-contamination during the preparation process.
MILK PROTEINS

Only cured ham and Serrano cured ham are entirely free of milk or dairy products. Of the other products, we have several in which milk protein is not used as an ingredient, although lactose is used in the majority of them. Since many different products are mixed during the production process, we cannot guarantee that the products which do not contain milk protein in their composition are entirely free of these.
EGG

All our products, with the exception of omelettes, are free of eggs or their derivatives. We can also state that there is no possibility of cross-contamination with eggs during the production process.
LATEX

If during the manufacturing process the use of disposable gloves are required, the used gloves are made of anti-allergenic materials. This is the reason that the use of latex gloves has been stopped
NUTS

None of the products in the Casademont brand contain nuts, therefore consumption of these products carries no risk to people who have an allergy to or intolerance of this food group. We can also state that there is no possibility of cross-contamination with nuts during the production process.
SOYA

At Casademont we use soya as an ingredient in some products. This is why, except in the case of Serrano ham, in the other products there may be soya or traces of soya, but these are always declared in the list of ingredients.
